CitraCal RX Prenatal Vitamins are prescription prenatal vitamins available from your doctor. Prenatal vitamins are not created equal. Just because its a prescription you would think it would be superior to all over the counter vitamins, but this is not the case. You still need to look into the ingredients your prenatal, even if its a prescription.

CitraCal Prenatal Vitamins Recommendation

CitraCal RX Prenatal is missing important components to make it a high quality prenatal vitamin. It’s far better than taking nothing, but it’s not one of the best options out there. If you have a hard time swallowing pills CitraCal RX isn’t the vitamin for you. I would suggest taking capsule prenatal vitamins, that will absorb better and be a thousand times easier to swallow.

Best Prenatal Vitamin

After doing some research and taking as many as 6 different types of prenatal vitamins, I found a prenatal vitamin that works well for me, its called Trimedisyn. Trymedisyn contains all the essential ingredients, that recent research has found to be supportive for a healthy pregnancy. On top of all this many professionals and consumers have written and stated great things about this product.

Trimedisyn Prenatal Vitamin is simply amazing. It only took a few days of taking Trimedisyn and I could feel a noticeable difference. I suffer from extreme morning sickness (Hyperemesis gravidarum) and the ginger in Trimedisyn significantly improved my morning sickness, this was a huge blessing (if you've ever had morning sickness you know what I mean!). I was able to swallow the capsules easily. I also seemed to have a better appetite, and it included all of the most important ingredients at the right amounts. Trimedisyn does not contain any artificial colors, preservatives, or hydrogenated oils which are not good to have. I would highly recommend Trimedisyn if you're pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
