Best Prenatal Vitamin
After doing some research and taking as many as 6 different types of prenatal vitamins, I found a prenatal vitamin that works well for me, its called Prenatalgyn. Prenatalgyn contains all the essential ingredients, that recent research has found to be supportive for a healthy pregnancy. On top of all this many professionals and consumers have written and stated great things about this product.
Prenatalgyn Prenatal Vitamin is simply amazing. It only took a few days of taking Prenatalgyn and I could feel a noticeable difference. I suffer from extreme morning sickness (Hyperemesis gravidarum) and the ginger in Prenatalgyn significantly improved my morning sickness, this was a huge blessing (if you've ever had morning sickness you know what I mean!). I was able to swallow the capsules easily. I also seemed to have a better appetite, and it included all of the most important ingredients at the right amounts. Prenatalgyn does not contain any artificial colors, preservatives, or hydrogenated oils which are not good to have. I would highly recommend Prenatalgyn if you're pregnant or plan to become pregnant. Hello,
I noticed that the ingredients have fish oil, but wasnt specific about the gelatin source. Can you tell me if this prenatal vitamin contains fish gelatin or another animal base gelatin.
Thanks Aminah
My main question and concern lies in the CoQ10… I have seen and heard on other sites and from other sources that it has not been determined to be safe during pregnancy. I would like to know a little more about why it is now thought to be safe and just maybe more information altogether. Other than that concern it sounds great to me. Thanks for any explanations that I can get.
A few recent studies have been done on CoQ10 and so far no adverse effects have been found with this ingredient. The amount in Trimedisyn is less than the amount used in several studies that have been done on pregnant women. Here is a link to a study that was done on 236 women using 200mg of CoQ10 during pregnancy the same amount found in Trimedisyn International Journal of Gynecology Obstetrics.
The capsules are made out of vegetarian cellulose.
My wife and I are preparing to have a baby, I am wondering if I (husband) need to take any vitamin? I understand there are no major side effects on men to take women’s prenatal vitamin, but there are some differences between women’s and men’s. Can you advise me to take right prenatal vitamin for men? Thank you.
