Gesticare DHA
Gesitcare DHA, Whats In It?
Gesitcare is a prescription medication that was developed because of the important scientific findings of DHA. Gesticare found that many prenatal mothers and doctors were only looking for prenatal vitamins that contain DHA ( and for good reasons). Because of this, Gesticare added a gelatin capsule to their prenatal supplement that contains DHA and Calcium. Gesticare states that taking two seperate pills is beneficial because it helps avoid the interference of calcium and iron absorption. Gesitcare DHA is to be taken just once daily for prenatal supplementation.
I like the fact that Gesitcare contains DHA because of how it helps in the development the central nervous system and helps with your infants visual function. Gesticare also contains vitamin B6 which helps in developing your babies brain and nervous system.

Gesticare Recommendation
Gesticare is not all that bad of a product. It contains the most important ingredients that your baby needs during development. There are a few things however, that I don’t like. Gesticare does not contain any Probiotics or a number of other ingredients that I would recommend taking. Gesticare also contains too many additives such as acids, coploymer dispersions, and dyes. Overall I did not feel like Gesticare is a top product and that is why I don’t promote it. This product is a little behind the times as far as ingredients go. I don’t think it will be too long though until we see a new Gesticare prenatal vitamin that contains more of the newly researched ingredients.
Best Prenatal Vitamin
After doing some research and taking as many as 6 different types of prenatal vitamins, I found a prenatal vitamin that works well for me, its called Prenatalgyn. Prenatalgyn contains all the essential ingredients, that recent research has found to be supportive for a healthy pregnancy. On top of all this many professionals and consumers have written and stated great things about this product.
Prenatalgyn Prenatal Vitamin is simply amazing. It only took a few days of taking Prenatalgyn and I could feel a noticeable difference. I suffer from extreme morning sickness (Hyperemesis gravidarum) and the ginger in Prenatalgyn significantly improved my morning sickness, this was a huge blessing (if you've ever had morning sickness you know what I mean!). I was able to swallow the capsules easily. I also seemed to have a better appetite, and it included all of the most important ingredients at the right amounts. Prenatalgyn does not contain any artificial colors, preservatives, or hydrogenated oils which are not good to have. I would highly recommend Prenatalgyn if you're pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
