WholeMega Prenatal from New Chapter

Does WholeMega Prenatal from New Chapter contain all your necessary vitamins and minerals?

Have you ever been to Alaska? Whether you went on a cruise ship or traveled by car, you probably saw magnificent views that took your breath away. Cool wind blowing in your face and whales bobbing in and out of the water in the distance. I’ve never been to Alaska, but I can imagine. To me, the way the makers of WholeMega Prenatal from New Chapter describe their product, I think of Alaska.

The thing is, WholeMega Prenatal from New Chapter is not a true prenatal vitamin. There is only one vitamin in the whole formula: Vitamin D3. The only other ingredient in the formula that is important for pregnancy is the DHA. WholeMega Prenatal from New Chapter is a great product for people wanting to get some Omega fatty acids in their diet, but for pregnant women, it is the pits.

Does WholeMega Prenatal from New Chapter use the safest ingredients?

In the sense that WholeMega Prenatal from New Chapter is actually a prenatal vitamin, I believe it doesn’t use safe enough ingredients. There are only two ingredients that are even beneficial to your pregnancy in the whole formula. There are at least 25 other ingredients that could have been used. I get that this is more of a DHA supplement than anything, but when I’m pregnant, I’m not going to take a prenatal vitamin AND a DHA supplement! It’s out of control. I don’t want to think about taking two separate pills each day, when I could take one and get the same nutrition from it.

As far as the Omega fatty oils are concerned, I believe they are probably some of the safest you could find. The fish that these oils come from are completely wild, so they developed in the most natural way. They don’t need to chemically process the oils to make the formula clear, it is just naturally like that.

Does WholeMega Prenatal from New Chapter contain high-end ingredients?

You already know that only two ingredients in WholeMega Prenatal from New Chapter really help out your pregnancy. These two ingredients also happen to be high-end ingredients: Vitamin D3 and DHA.

There really isn’t enough Vitamin D3 in WholeMega Prenatal from New Chapter to count on it as your primary source. You should get at least 400 IU, if not 800 IU, but WholeMega Prenatal from New Chapter only gives you 100 IU. The most important benefit from Vitamin D3 is its focus on your baby’s bone health. It might also be able to target any pregnancy depression you may be dealing with.

Obviously, the star ingredient in WholeMega Prenatal from New Chapter is the DHA (and all the other Omega fatty acids). With 220 mg of DHA, WholeMega Prenatal from New Chapter can help your baby’s brain and eye development in a really positive way.

Final Thoughts

Before you purchase the first prenatal vitamin that comes your way and, subsequently, a good DHA supplement to go along with it, why don’t you find a prenatal vitamin that has ALL the required pregnancy ingredients, like Trimedisyn? It will make life easier on you, since you won’t have to take two or more pills every day.

Best Prenatal Vitamin

After doing some research and taking as many as 6 different types of prenatal vitamins, I found a prenatal vitamin that works well for me, its called Prenatalgyn. Prenatalgyn contains all the essential ingredients, that recent research has found to be supportive for a healthy pregnancy. On top of all this many professionals and consumers have written and stated great things about this product.

Prenatalgyn Prenatal Vitamin is simply amazing. It only took a few days of taking Prenatalgyn and I could feel a noticeable difference. I suffer from extreme morning sickness (Hyperemesis gravidarum) and the ginger in Prenatalgyn significantly improved my morning sickness, this was a huge blessing (if you've ever had morning sickness you know what I mean!). I was able to swallow the capsules easily. I also seemed to have a better appetite, and it included all of the most important ingredients at the right amounts. Prenatalgyn does not contain any artificial colors, preservatives, or hydrogenated oils which are not good to have. I would highly recommend Prenatalgyn if you're pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
