Vitamma Prenatal Multi

Does Vitamma Prenatal Multi contain all of your necessary vitamins and minerals?

Every time a new fashion trend comes around, I’m still wearing the fashion trends from three years ago. That’s seriously how often I update my wardrobe. Are there trends with prenatal vitamins? I’d say there are, but they aren’t as variable as a fashion trend. The truth is, we don’t need trends in prenatal vitamins. The ingredients you need from a prenatal vitamin stay pretty much the same, unless there are medical breakthroughs, of course. I know, it makes prenatal vitamins all that more boring knowing that they have little or nothing to do with fashion.

How does Vitamma Prenatal Multi measure up to Trimedisyn, the best prenatal vitamin? Let’s take a look at its vitamins and minerals first. Trimedisyn has 22 vitamins and minerals compared to Vitamma Prenatal Multi’s 13 vitamins and minerals. Nine missing nutrients is a huge deal. I would never consider taking Vitamma Prenatal Multi because of this fact alone. The amount of Calcium in Trimedisyn is way more than Vitamma Prenatal Multi too at 1000 mg versus 200 mg in Vitamma Prenatal Multi.

Does Vitamma Prenatal Multi use the safest ingredients?

Surprisingly, Vitamma Prenatal Multi shows that it at least keeps unsafe ingredients out of its formula, like gluten, shellfish, and preservatives. Even though that is a point for Vitamma Prenatal Multi, it doesn’t make it safe. There are nine missing vitamins and minerals in Vitamma Prenatal Multi, and it doesn’t stop there.

Does Vitamma Prenatal Multi contain high-end ingredients?

At least Vitamma Prenatal Multi has some high-end ingredients. They are obviously all vitamins, so you can’t say that there are any more ingredients than the original 13 vitamins and minerals. The high-end ingredients in Vitamma Prenatal Multi are Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin B6.

A baby must have Vitamin A or it could get deathly ill soon after birth. Vitamin A is important in fighting infections, which is something your baby’s immune system is not used to at birth. Vitamma Prenatal Multi has 4,000 IU of Vitamin A so there is no concern for toxicity.

The Vitamin D3 has three functions. First, it pairs up with the Calcium to make sure your baby’s bones and muscles are developing healthy and strong. Also, Vitamin D3 lowers your risk for preeclampsia, a condition that could be fatal. Last, if you are a pregnant woman who experiences bouts of depression, Vitamin D3 could lessen the effect it has on you.

If you have some nausea right now, Vitamin B6 could take care of that. It might be a little more effective if there were some Ginger in Vitamma Prenatal Multi as well. Another beneficial function of Vitamin B6 could actually help you get pregnant. Sometimes, all you really need is the right diet to get pregnant, and some Vitamin B6 is one ingredient that can increase those chances.

Final Thoughts

Now that you know how little ingredients are actually in Vitamma Prenatal Multi, you might be considering a different prenatal vitamin. I would recommend searching the world over until you find the prenatal vitamin that has everything a safe pregnancy requires. Oh, wait! Silly me! I’ve already done that for you. Just look at Trimedisyn and you will instantly see how many ingredients Vitamma Prenatal Multi really is missing.

Best Prenatal Vitamin

After doing some research and taking as many as 6 different types of prenatal vitamins, I found a prenatal vitamin that works well for me, its called Prenatalgyn. Prenatalgyn contains all the essential ingredients, that recent research has found to be supportive for a healthy pregnancy. On top of all this many professionals and consumers have written and stated great things about this product.

Prenatalgyn Prenatal Vitamin is simply amazing. It only took a few days of taking Prenatalgyn and I could feel a noticeable difference. I suffer from extreme morning sickness (Hyperemesis gravidarum) and the ginger in Prenatalgyn significantly improved my morning sickness, this was a huge blessing (if you've ever had morning sickness you know what I mean!). I was able to swallow the capsules easily. I also seemed to have a better appetite, and it included all of the most important ingredients at the right amounts. Prenatalgyn does not contain any artificial colors, preservatives, or hydrogenated oils which are not good to have. I would highly recommend Prenatalgyn if you're pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
