Nature Made Prenatal Multi + DHA
Is Nature Made Prenatal Multi + DHA The Right Vitamin For You & Your Baby?
Nature Made has sold supplements for years, but don’t let that lead you to believe that their prenatal vitamin contains everything it should. Below are some advantages and disadvantages to Nature Made Prenatal Multi + DHA.
Advantages of Nature Made Multi Prenatal + DHA
- Comes in Gel Cap Form
- Affordable
- Contains DHA
Disadvantages Of Nature Made Multi Prenatal + DHA
- Contains Synthetic Dyes Red 40, Yellow 6, and Blue 1
- Contains low dosage amounts of important ingredients
- Missing advanced ingredients such as Probiotics
Cost of Nature Made Prenatal Multi + DHA
This prenatal vitamin is $26.99 for a month supply. Which in my opinion is actually a little overpriced, when you consider the amount of ingredients it contains. It meets the bare minimums and that’s it.
Nature Made Prenatal Multi + DHA Recommendation
I am disappointed that Nature Made Prenatal + DHA contains synthetic food dyes. These dyes are completely unnecessary and should be avoided by pregnant women. The original prenatal vitamin made by Nature Made doesn’t contain dyes, so why would they make an improved formula that’s actually worse than the original? I do not recommend taking Nature Made Prenatal Multi + DHA, there are much better options available.
Best Prenatal Vitamin
After doing some research and taking as many as 6 different types of prenatal vitamins, I found a prenatal vitamin that works well for me, its called Prenatalgyn. Prenatalgyn contains all the essential ingredients, that recent research has found to be supportive for a healthy pregnancy. On top of all this many professionals and consumers have written and stated great things about this product.
Prenatalgyn Prenatal Vitamin is simply amazing. It only took a few days of taking Prenatalgyn and I could feel a noticeable difference. I suffer from extreme morning sickness (Hyperemesis gravidarum) and the ginger in Prenatalgyn significantly improved my morning sickness, this was a huge blessing (if you've ever had morning sickness you know what I mean!). I was able to swallow the capsules easily. I also seemed to have a better appetite, and it included all of the most important ingredients at the right amounts. Prenatalgyn does not contain any artificial colors, preservatives, or hydrogenated oils which are not good to have. I would highly recommend Prenatalgyn if you're pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
