Nexa Select Prenatal

Does Nexa Select Prenatal contain all of your necessary vitamins and minerals?

In no time, you will be feeding your baby, changing its diapers, and taking it for walks in the stroller. But while you are pregnant, the most important aspect to focus on is giving your baby the right amount of vitamins and minerals on a daily basis. Taking a prenatal vitamin is an essential part of your diet while you are pregnant, even if you have a really great diet already.

Taking Nexa Select Prenatal can put you and your baby ahead with respect to a few vitamins and minerals, but not very many. The vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, and Folic Acid, are excellent for your pregnancy. You definitely need enough Folic Acid to ensure that your baby is not going to get a neural tube defect. I am just concerned about the missing Vitamin A, B1, B2, Zinc, etc. There are at least 15 vitamins and minerals that just don’t show up in Nexa Select Prenatal.

Does Nexa Select Prenatal use the safest ingredients?

It seems like Nexa Select Prenatal has put in a lot of effort to use safe ingredients. It is important for you to get very safe ingredients since you are carrying a developing baby. Your baby has not been exposed to anything but your belly at this point in its life. It needs to be able to fight off harmful illnesses once it enters the world. As adults, we eat food with antioxidants to keep bad things in the air from harming us, but as a newborn, your baby should have enough nutrients to start resisting negative things.

A little Vitamin A would do the trick, but since it isn’t even present in Nexa Select Prenatal, you have to wonder how your baby is going to do when infections enter its system.

The DHA in Nexa Select Prenatal is plant-based, which might be a bit safer than if it were straight from fish.

Does Nexa Select Prenatal contain high-end ingredients?

DHA, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin D3 are the only three high-end ingredients that you can find in Nexa Select Prenatal. If you took Trimedisyn instead, you would find every single high-end ingredient, even Probiotics.

With 325 mg of DHA, Nexa Select Prenatal is thinking of your baby. Babies that get enough DHA while in the womb are getting the proper eye and brain development.

Since Nexa Select Prenatal doesn’t contain any ginger, Vitamin B6 might work as a replacement. If you are nauseous, some Vitamin B6 might work wonders by helping your stomach keep your food down.

With double the recommended amount of Vitamin D3, Nexa Select Prenatal must want your baby to develop strong and healthy bones. This important vitamin can also combat any depression-like symptoms that could come upon you while you are pregnant.

Final Thoughts

I would have trouble recommending Nexa Select Prenatal to you since it doesn’t include enough of the essential ingredients for pregnancy. Sure it has a high amount of both DHA and Folic Acid, but that is not enough to make a baby healthy when it is born. Try thinking of your baby’s needs first when you are deciding which prenatal vitamin you will take.

Best Prenatal Vitamin

After doing some research and taking as many as 6 different types of prenatal vitamins, I found a prenatal vitamin that works well for me, its called Trimedisyn. Trymedisyn contains all the essential ingredients, that recent research has found to be supportive for a healthy pregnancy. On top of all this many professionals and consumers have written and stated great things about this product.

Trimedisyn Prenatal Vitamin is simply amazing. It only took a few days of taking Trimedisyn and I could feel a noticeable difference. I suffer from extreme morning sickness (Hyperemesis gravidarum) and the ginger in Trimedisyn significantly improved my morning sickness, this was a huge blessing (if you've ever had morning sickness you know what I mean!). I was able to swallow the capsules easily. I also seemed to have a better appetite, and it included all of the most important ingredients at the right amounts. Trimedisyn does not contain any artificial colors, preservatives, or hydrogenated oils which are not good to have. I would highly recommend Trimedisyn if you're pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
