Many of your reviews bash prenatal vitamins for not containing enough calcium, however, calcium, especially in high doses has been shown to interfere with iron absorption, which is also an incredibly important mineral for pregnant women. More people need to be advised to take their iron and calcium at least two hours apart, and not take a prenatal vitamin with too high a dosage of calcium unless you plan on re-supplementing your iron through meals or vitamins separately during the day. Thank you for your site. Is there any chance that the exact ingredients and quantities (in mg or mcg) could be listed for a more direct comparison, since many of these vitamins are not readily available locally to browse?
