Prenate Elite

Is Prenate Elite a Good Prenatal Vitamin?

Prenate Elite is a prenatal vitamin that is only available by prescription. Prenate Elite is very similar to their other Product Prenate DHA. The main difference between the two is that one contains DHA. I would recommend choosing Prenate DHA because of this. Prenate Elite contains most of the important ingredients but it is missing out on some of the newer top notch ingredients, such as DHA, Probiotics, Choline, Insitol, and Co-Q10.  I imagine that the makers of Prenate prenatal vitamins will soon come out with a prenatal vitamin that contains all of these ingredients.

What Ingredients are Found in Prenate Elite?

Advantages of Prenate Elite

  • Contains some good vitamins and minerals
  • Comes from a well known company

Disadvantages of Prenate Elite

  • Only contains 120mg of Calcium
  • Missing out on newer ingredients
  • Only available by prescription
  • Expensive

Cost of Prenate Elite

Because Prenate Elite is a prescription, it is more expensive than most. At most drug stores Prenate Elite will cost you $225 for a two month supply.

Recommendation of Prenate Elite

Prenate Elite contains some great ingredients so if you are already taking this product I would not worry. If you are still deciding on a prenatal vitamin I would recommend a prenatal vitamin that contains more of the newer ingredients that are being found in some of the more recent formulated prenatal vitamins.

Best Prenatal Vitamin

After doing some research and taking as many as 6 different types of prenatal vitamins, I found a prenatal vitamin that works well for me, its called Trimedisyn. Trymedisyn contains all the essential ingredients, that recent research has found to be supportive for a healthy pregnancy. On top of all this many professionals and consumers have written and stated great things about this product.

Trimedisyn Prenatal Vitamin is simply amazing. It only took a few days of taking Trimedisyn and I could feel a noticeable difference. I suffer from extreme morning sickness (Hyperemesis gravidarum) and the ginger in Trimedisyn significantly improved my morning sickness, this was a huge blessing (if you've ever had morning sickness you know what I mean!). I was able to swallow the capsules easily. I also seemed to have a better appetite, and it included all of the most important ingredients at the right amounts. Trimedisyn does not contain any artificial colors, preservatives, or hydrogenated oils which are not good to have. I would highly recommend Trimedisyn if you're pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
