ProViQ

Does ProViQ contain all the necessary vitamins and minerals I need?

ProViQ contains an admirable selection of vitamins, minerals, and other supplements. In terms of the “three must have” ingredients – folic acid, calcium, and iron, ProViQ measures up with 800mcg of folic acid, 50mg of elemental calcium, and 15mg of iron. Additionally, each dose also includes vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin D3, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, biotin, pantothenic acid, iodine, magnesium aspartate, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chroma, potassium, and a special proprietary blend of ginger, probiotics, DHA, choline, inositol, CoQ10, and bioperine. Although I would have liked to see more calcium in this prenatal vitamin, its list of ingredients is full of powerful supplements to keep you and your baby healthy and happy before, during, and after pregnancy.

Does ProViQ use the safest ingredients?

ProViQ’s list of ingredients does not include anything innately harmful, although women should always read the label carefully and consult a physician before beginning this, or any other dietary supplement.

Does ProViQ contain high-end ingredients?

Yes, ProViQ’s proprietary blend contains SIX important high-end ingredients: ginger, a probiotic blend, choline, inositol, and CoQ10. This impressive list blends a multitude of powerful benefits from nausea relief (ginger) to better heart function (CoQ10).

Final Thoughts

ProViQ’s list of ingredients really speaks for itself. My review can only really reiterate what ProViQ’s nutritional facts state. Its impressive list of ingredients, from basic vitamins to its six high-end ingredients, should be enough to give any pregnant (or trying to get pregnant) woman reason enough to make ProViQ an option as she searches for the perfect prenatal vitamin. I also give ProViQ credit for coming in capsule form. Personally, it’s hard for me to swallow anything other than a capsule. Furthermore, capsules are the easiest form of pill for your body to break down so you can start absorbing all those nutritious goodies.

Although I give ProViQ a high recommendation, it is important to note that although this prenatal contains all the vitamins and minerals that you need, it does not always provide the highest percentage of each ingredient. (check out our top rated prenatal vitamin here for a look at a similar prenatal vitamin with higher amounts of certain ingredients) In terms of value, however, it is valuable to notice that 1 bottle (enough for one month) of ProViQ is $39.95 (with price cuts if you buy multiple bottles at a time). At just over a dollar a day, ProViQ provides a combination of quality and affordability. Finally! A prenatal vitamin with everything that you and your baby need and a price tag that won’t leave you feeling queasy.

Best Prenatal Vitamin

After doing some research and taking as many as 6 different types of prenatal vitamins, I found a prenatal vitamin that works well for me, its called Prenatalgyn. Prenatalgyn contains all the essential ingredients, that recent research has found to be supportive for a healthy pregnancy. On top of all this many professionals and consumers have written and stated great things about this product.

Prenatalgyn Prenatal Vitamin is simply amazing. It only took a few days of taking Prenatalgyn and I could feel a noticeable difference. I suffer from extreme morning sickness (Hyperemesis gravidarum) and the ginger in Prenatalgyn significantly improved my morning sickness, this was a huge blessing (if you've ever had morning sickness you know what I mean!). I was able to swallow the capsules easily. I also seemed to have a better appetite, and it included all of the most important ingredients at the right amounts. Prenatalgyn does not contain any artificial colors, preservatives, or hydrogenated oils which are not good to have. I would highly recommend Prenatalgyn if you're pregnant or plan to become pregnant.
